Physical Products (Instruments, Accessories, Merchandise)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Digital Products (Sheet Music, Backing Tracks, Online Courses)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

- Opened strings, reeds, or consumable accessories
- Customized or personalized items

Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
