Physical Products (Instruments, Accessories, Merchandise)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Digital Products (Sheet Music, Backing Tracks, Online Courses)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
  • If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened strings, reeds, or consumable accessories
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
